Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are incorporated into and subject to the BiltRite Home Inspections Privacy Policy and govern your use of this Site and/or Services. By using the Site and/or Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, whether or not you register to use the Site and/or Services.
BiltRite Home Inspections, Homefront Brands and its affiliates, including DDL Investments, Inc. and companies with common owners for whom it provides services, and each of our and their subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, licensees, suppliers, licensors, directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors, collectively Homefront Brands, BiltRite Home Inspections, we, our, or us, provide the Site and Services subject to these Terms.
Use of the Site and Services
You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, availability, or proper use of the Site. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, transmit harmful code, scrape or harvest data unlawfully, or use the Site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Services
BiltRite Home Inspections provides home inspection and related inspection services. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and may describe available services, service areas, scheduling options, frequently asked questions, and customer support resources. Specific inspection services, pricing, timing, deliverables, and customer obligations may be governed by separate agreements, inspection contracts, scheduling confirmations, invoices, or service-specific terms provided at the time of booking or service.
Accuracy of Information
You agree that information you provide to BiltRite Home Inspections, including your name, contact information, property information, scheduling details, and payment information, will be accurate and complete. You are responsible for updating us if the information you provided changes or is incorrect.
Online Scheduling and Third-Party Tools
Our Site may link to or use third-party tools for scheduling, payments, communications, analytics, or other business operations. These third-party tools may have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those tools may be subject to the provider’s terms in addition to these Terms. BiltRite Home Inspections is not responsible for the privacy practices, terms, content, availability, or security of third-party websites or services that are not controlled by BiltRite Home Inspections.
Intellectual Property
The Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, design, content, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to BiltRite Home Inspections, Homefront Brands, or their respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may access and use the Site for personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, or exploit Site content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Program Name: BiltRite Home Inspections Customer Care Messaging
Program Description: BiltRite Home Inspections may send text messages to customers and prospective customers for customer care purposes, including responding to missed calls, continuing customer inquiries by text after consent, answering inspection-related questions, assisting with scheduling or booking, confirming appointment details, and providing service-related updates.
Opt-In Method: If a customer calls BiltRite Home Inspections and the call is not answered, BiltRite’s voicemail may tell the caller that after the call, BiltRite may send a one-time text asking whether the caller would like to continue the inquiry by text. BiltRite may then send one consent request to the caller’s mobile number. The customer must reply YES before BiltRite continues the inquiry by text. If the customer does not reply YES, no further text conversation will be sent for that missed-call inquiry.
Example Initial Consent Message: BiltRite Home Inspections: Sorry we missed your call. Reply YES to continue this inquiry by text for quick answers to your questions or help booking online. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to end.
Message Frequency: This is not a recurring promotional messaging program. Messages are sent only after a missed-call inquiry and after the customer replies YES to continue by text. Message frequency varies based on the customer’s inquiry, appointment, or service request.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we may send one confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive further text messages from that number unless you later re-initiate contact and provide consent where permitted.

Carrier Liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Please review our Privacy Policy at https://biltriteqa.com/privacy-policy/. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as needed for aggregators and providers of text messaging services to deliver and support the messaging program.
SMS Consent Is Not Transferable
SMS consent applies only to the specific BiltRite Home Inspections messaging program and the specific purpose for which consent was provided. SMS consent is not transferable, assignable, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
User Submissions and Communications
If you submit information, messages, feedback, reviews, photos, comments, or other content to BiltRite Home Inspections, you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate the rights of others. You should not submit sensitive personal information unless it is specifically requested and necessary for the service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided for general informational purposes. While we try to keep information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that Site content is complete, accurate, current, or error-free. Inspection services and reports are subject to the scope, limitations, exclusions, and terms stated in the applicable inspection agreement or service contract.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BiltRite Home Inspections, Homefront Brands, and their respective owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BiltRite Home Inspections, Homefront Brands, and their respective owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or violation of the rights of another person or entity.
Changes to These Terms
