Text Messaging and Mobile Consent. BiltRite Home Inspections may use text messaging for customer care purposes, including responding to missed calls, continuing customer inquiries by text after consent, answering inspection-related questions, assisting with scheduling or booking, confirming appointment details, and providing service-related updates.
If you call BiltRite Home Inspections and we miss your call, we may send a one-time text message asking whether you would like to continue that inquiry by text. You must reply YES before we continue the inquiry by text. If you do not reply YES, no further text conversation will be sent for that missed-call inquiry. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help.
How We Share Information
We may share Personal Information and Other Information with affiliated companies, franchisees, licensees, service providers, business partners, payment processors, scheduling providers, analytics providers, professional advisors, and other parties as reasonably necessary to operate our business, provide the Services, process transactions, respond to requests, protect our rights, comply with legal obligations, or complete a business transaction.
The sharing described above does not include sharing mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors and service providers only as needed to support BiltRite Home Inspections services, such as customer service, scheduling, messaging delivery, and business operations. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Our website may link to or use third-party service providers, including online scheduling, payment, analytics, communications, and other operational tools.
