I had a great experience with BiltRite. Scheduling was very quick and easy. I called and set up an inspection with Chuck Nash. Chuck was awesome. He was very thorough. He explained everything to me at the time and in his report. I would absolutely use him again!

Online scheduling was super easy. I picked my inspector, a time, filled in pertinent information and paid through the convenience of my smartphone. I especially liked how easy it was to include my realtor and other parties to the list of recipients for the lightning fast delivery of my digital report which was very thorough and easy to comprehend.

The inspector did a great job! He gave us a very detailed report that included pictures. The report coupled with the pictures gave us a better idea of what shape our future home is actually in. The inspector told us, overall, we have a great home. That was a big relief to us to have a home expert confirm what we believed all along! Nevertheless, we're glad to have had an efficient inspection on our side. Now, we're closing very soon! Thanks Biltrite for the awesome job!

BiltRite is a reliable, trustworthy inspection company who always delivers for my clients. Every inspector on the team is thorough, knowledgeable, and patient, and they are always generous with their time walking prospective buyers through a home to help them understand its features and condition. They also make themselves available to answer questions after the inspection, which buyers appreciate as they navigate repair negotiations. Their expertise and knowledge of homes through different eras is especially valuable, as they help buyers understand the unique characteristics of our homes from turn of the 20th century to new construction today. They provide an objective lens, paired with authentic empathy for what can be an intimidating process. Their office leaders, Emily & Kasey, are stellar and always happy to help with scheduling and customer service issues. I can't speak highly enough of BiltRite and am proud to recommend them to buyers (and sellers looking for a pre-listing inspection)!

Top notch service from the website, email, office personnel, inspector, report, and payment/inspection portal. Love that the website has the schedule and inspector names. We set up an inspection and quickly emailed per website instructions to add something and ask questions. Not even 5 min later someone responded with all the details. Our inspection was smooth, detailed, and straight forward. Chuck was our inspector and was candid and knew his stuff. He was clear on areas of concern and helped to understand the safety risks, codes, and recommendations. The report was very thorough with pictures and explanations. Some reports will make you think everything is horribly wrong, but not this one. The language and guidance helps you to understand that while something is rated as marginal or defective, it explains why and what can mitigate or resolve the defect. They prepared a full report that was organized multiple ways (full report by room/type as well as grouping by marginal concerns, and defective concerns) that makes it very easy to sort for repairs you plan to do yourself and to ask for when purchasing a new home. I highly recommend this team and Chuck for your future inspection needs! Price is incredibly reasonable for the quality and detailed report received.

Ray and his team were fantastic! They provided a VERY thorough review, and were so kind and helpful! They take pictures of the appliances, and the model numbers, they give great descriptions of any issues, and are just all around great guys! Why use anyone else when you can use BiltRite?!

This entire team is great, they make you feel like old friends and have fun during the (potentially stressful) home buying process. They also produce quality work and go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to insurance and lending requirements. Kasey was amazing with managing our entire process, getting us on the schedule and keeping us updated along the way. She was quick to make updates to our 4 point inspection report after some additional requests from our insurance underwriting department. Chris did an excellent job on the inspection. He not only brings years of expertise, but also a contagious positive attitude that gets you pumped about the home buying process. He takes the time to make sure the home buyer understands everything going on the report, and during the re-inspection for repairs he went above and beyond helping us troubleshoot some new findings. We also had a last minute request for additional photos from our insurance underwriting, which was outside of the normal required information, Kasey and Chris worked to fit us in the very next day, get the updated information, and send us the new 4 points report. In summary, not only do these guys get the job done and go above and beyond, they make you feel like old friends and celebrate the home buying process with you!

I am a realtor and recently used BiltRite for the first time and was very pleased. The entire process was easy and thoughtless. Emily helped get me set up with the appointment and Craig performed the inspection. I wasn’t able to make the inspection but he was able to let himself in with their Bluetooth Supra key access. Craig called me as soon as he finished and gave me a verbal run down. The buyers and I had the report in our inboxes that night! Will absolutely use them again!!

I HIGHLY recommend using BiltRite for your home inspections. Not only were they reasonably priced. They were also able to make a quick appointment, communicated great through the whole process, and did a very thorough inspection. I wouldn’t use anyone else if I needed home inspections.
